Oh yes! Kaitlyn (BB20) has found her final form and morphed into Ava Pearl, who will be joining the house this season as the ‘hippy’ of the season.
Look, I’m not going to take the bait and tease the fact that she reads auras from people and thinks that will give her an advantage. For all I know, that’s real, and she will read my aura and see that I’m actually a terrible person and call me out on it.
What struck me about her interview is that she’s a ‘big fan’ of the show (wink wink), her brother actually is a massive fan, and convinced her to join. She said he does like fantasy leagues of Big Brother, which means he’s probably reading this. If so, that has to suck to be the big fan of the family and watch your sister go. Unless of course, you are like me and prefer watching from a distance rather than participating (I’ve never applied nor do I intend to haha).
But another thing to like about Ava is that she is broke! I mean, she probably doesn’t like it, but it’s a pretty established fact (that I just created) that people with less money take the show far more seriously, as $750k is a very nice reward at the end. That said, there is a flip side to that coin where if a person is too broke, they just end up playing to make jury so they can secure the extra $6-8k that comes with. While that can be annoying, it’s not always the worst thing. I mean, Cameron was that way, but he still fought until the very end and didn’t just give up once he made the jury.
See, I told you I wasn’t going to obsess over her aura readings. Plus, there is plenty of time for jokes about that throughout the season 🙂
